Kangwon Land has launched a program to train casino dealers, aiming to help young people enter the professional casino industry and strengthen their employment competitiveness.

Kangwon Land (CEO Kim Do-kyun) announced on the 20th that it has selected 50 youth interns for the '2026 High1 Global Academy' and will conduct customized training for professional development at its Seoul Academy center.

This program focuses on systematically equipping interns with the expertise and practical skills required for casino roles, including introductory casino education, dealing operations, foreign languages, and career development.

In particular, the curriculum is designed to enhance the interns' adaptability through practical, field-oriented training such as game operation techniques, customer service, and safety education.

Interns who meet the passing criteria for training evaluations and complete the course will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by performing actual dealer duties on the casino floor.

Starting this year, Kangwon Land has also expanded its hiring incentive program for youth interns. Those who complete the training will receive a 1% hiring bonus, while top-performing interns will receive up to 3%, aiming to broaden their future employment opportunities.

CEO Kim Do-kyun stated, "We will actively support these young people so they can grow into top-tier talent in the casino field based on professional training and field experience. We will continue to strengthen practical, industry-linked education to boost youth employment competitiveness and lead to tangible job creation."
