November 11th, we open our first chapter with your voices
Dear readers of Tatata Journal!
'Tatata Journal,' aiming to be the nation's first specialized casino media outlet, will launch on November 11th.
It has been 26 years since the opening of Kangwon Land in 2000. Amidst the countless news stories surrounding the casino, the individual stories of each customer have not been fully heard. There were joys felt while playing games, words swallowed while enduring inconveniences, and stories that people wanted to share with someone.
Tatata Journal takes its first step by listening to those voices. In our inaugural issue, we present special features prepared together with you, our readers.
■ 'Who are the Kangwon Land customers?'—Insights from 1,300 responses
We reveal the results of a Kangwon Land survey in which over 1,300 readers participated. We examine in detail why customers visit Kangwon Land, what they are satisfied with, and what changes they desire. We will interpret the meaning behind the numbers and examine the present state of Kangwon Land through the eyes of the customer.
■ Desperate demands in the comments, 'The Customer's Voice'
We also present the opinions left in the survey as a separate article. Through 'The Customer's Voice—Demanding Innovation for Kangwon Land's Inconveniences,' we specifically address on-site issues and requests for improvement. We will ensure that valuable opinions do not just remain in the survey but lead to discussions for change.
■ Lottery wins and the life that follows… 'The Kaleidoscope Casino'
Everyone dreams of winning the lottery at least once. However, a large prize does not guarantee lifelong happiness. In 'The Kaleidoscope Casino,' we reflect on the weight of money, gambling, and choices through lives that took a different turn than expected after a stroke of fortune.
■ People protecting children's daily lives, 'Gambling-Free School'
We introduce the activities and achievements of 'Gambling-Free School,' a civic group started to eradicate youth gambling. We look at what has been done on the ground to protect children from illegal gambling and what our society needs to do together.

Tatata Journal will deliver accurate and easy-to-understand information, ranging from Kangwon Land news and changes in the domestic and international casino industry to illegal gambling issues, prevention, and useful tips.
